Exclusion request[rediger]

The subject of this article has requested its exclusion or removal. As there is no policy for this on the Norwegian WikiFur, perhaps the editors here could come to some agreement about whether this can be done or not, and if so, how to do it?

(You are welcome to respond in Norwegian - I can read it with a translator, just not write it.) GreenReaper 16. okt 2010 kl. 21:26 (UTC) I don't see any problem with removing if some one wish it. As long as either the writer or the person it is about has wrote it, want it delete/remove then it's fine - else it stays. Is at least what I think is most correct. ~Wolftale

I have no problem with people requesting to have articles about themselves removed. As to how to do it, I don't know what the options are, but it should be up to mods and admins to do so.

It is possible to delete a page, and then either protect it from recreation, or add a template providing an explanation and a no-index instruction (like en:Template:Protected-Excluded) and then protect that. Only administrators have the ability to protect an article. GreenReaper 17. okt 2010 kl. 18:14 (UTC)
